Clark Polytechnic (formerly Wagner High School) is the Center developed by Clark Development Corporation, the administration of Clark Freeport Zone, to provide training, education and development programs for employment. It focuses on providing training for available jobs employment especially for the financially less privileged but promising. It was established in 2001 to develop specific skills and superior work attitudes in the Filipino worker to be able to serve locally and overseas.

      At Clark Polytechnic, we train young men and women not only in the acquisition of skills but in the formation of superior work attitudes. We also provide intervention and awareness to enable trainees to build on competence and character to prepare them towards a sustainable and dignified life out of poverty and into social and financial independence.

     We don’t just train, educate and develop leaders; we develop the citizens of tomorrow, world-class and great attitude, thinking global acting local for God and Country.

    Clark Polytechnic offers technical and vocational courses in Aircraft Maintenance Technology (AMT), Preparatory Contact Center Agent Training (PCCAT) and Basic Metal Technology-Welding (BMT).
